INFORMATION FOR CREW

CREW FORM

SCHEDULE REMINDERS
  • Crew attends ALL Sunday rehearsals beginning on January 21, 2018 for any duration of the day they can attend and work productively.
  • Crew are REQUIRED to attend the first read through in December and ALL rehearsals the two weeks prior to the opening of the show  plus the show performances (if on running crew) and strike. These dates are MARCH 12-MARCH 27.
  • Crew may also choose to help at and attend any of the weekly (T/TH) rehearsals but these are optional and not required. It is up to each individual crew member to decide if he/she is attending and for what duration of time. There is not much to work on crew-wise at these rehearsals until after  March 1 as this is our time to work solely on music, blocking and dancing with the cast. So please keep that in mind. After March 1, there is a quite a bit of work the crew may work on during the weekly rehearsals.  Please refer to the MS schedule for times/dates of these rehearsals.
  • Crew is also invited to help with stage management of auditions.

How to Sign Up
You do not need to audition to be on crew.

Simply fill out a production contract with activity fee and turn in the front desk. Also, fill out the online Crew form. These forms are located to the right of this post under the heading schedule and forms.
