Volunteers still needed for Costume Help on Sundays leading up to show and to help us move old sets and/or pick up new sets!

Image result for costuming meme

We are still in need of several volunteers for costuming help during Sunday rehearsals. You do not need to help the entire duration of a rehearsal, any time you can give is awesome- whether 30 minutes or a few hours- any time is perfect.

Also, you do not need to know how to sew! :)

Thanks for helping to make our little superstars shine!

Volunteers
In order to pull off the amazing show and help our young thespians shine, we need your assistance.  This year we are using VolunteerSpot to organize our sign ups:

FRIDAY MARCH 2nd HELP NEEDED!
Also, we still need one more helper for Friday from 9 to 11:30 and two helpers who can help us load in our new set pieces which are ready from 1:30 to 3:00pm. (if you would like to visit a really cool FX studio feel free to help from 12 to 1 in picking up the sets with Mr. Michek!)

Original Post: " We are in need of 1-2 helpers who can assist us next Friday from 9:00 to 11:30 with organizing, lifting,  moving, and picking our last year’s set pieces from the LS theatre to our storage unit down the street from Davis. Please email Ms. Kendrick at kphillips@davisacademy.org if you would like to volunteer for this task/day."
