Volunteers
In order to pull off the amazing show and help our young thespians shine, we need your assistance.  This year we are using VolunteerSpot to organize our sign ups:

Sponsor and Patron Seating Closing
Sponsor and patron seats will cease to be available Tuesday morning. Sponsor reservations are available in advance of public ticket sales, which will begin in the pre-dawn hours of March 1st.  As we expect high demand for tickets, please be aware that sponsor seating will not be available after sales are open to the general public.  If you are interested in becoming a Sponsor of the Arts, please click here between to select and purchase your seats at the sponsorship rate of $150 per ticket.

Lower School Practice at Home Resource
If you have a lower school cast member, would like to rehearse with your children at home, and would like to know in which song each grades sings please refer to the link below which is also posted on the blog.  The blog also contains the practice tracks with only each grade’s line sung in each song. Remember to check the tabs on the side of the blog tabs for show resources, forms, video, rehearsal tracks and more!

FRIDAY MARCH 2nd HELP NEEDED!
We are in need of 1-2 helpers who can assist us next Friday from 9:00 to 11:30 with organizing, lifting,  moving, and picking our last year’s set pieces from the LS theatre to our storage unit down the street from Davis. Please email Ms. Kendrick at kphillips@davisacademy.org if you would like to volunteer for this task/day.

Pizza Sales Beginning Sunday March 4th
All students will be able to purchase pizza beginning Sunday March 4th. We will be selling Papa John’s cheese pizza for $1.50 a slice.  Please send cash for your kids if they want to do so, and a lunch if they do not.  All students will receive a snack from us, and all students should plan on bringing a water bottle. Students will get the chance to buy pizza on March 4th, 11th, 18th, 20th, 21st, and 23rd.

COSTUME INFORMATION
This Sunday via the blog and an email information will be released to you about any pieces of costume we may need you to bring in for decorating and/or that your child will be wearing that you are responsible for providing. This information will contain what shoes to wear as well for each grade. Make-up and Hair information will be released the following weekend.

STAR WALL
We are once again going to be creating a STAR WALL to feature our amazing young thespians. By Sunday, March 11th , please send in a 4x6, 5x7, or 8x10 head shot/school picture/close up photo of your child (only your child in the picture please), with their name and grade printed on BOTH the back of the picture and the envelope you submit it in.   You may drop this off at Sunday practices or leave with the front desk of either campus. Please write on the envelope Seussical Star Wall.
